Shipping policy

All of our orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates, your delivery address and the weight or size of your order. These rates are provided directly by the carrier in real time.

At checkout, you will see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times based on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information (depending on the type of shipping you select). Please allow 24 hours for shipping updates to appear.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once they have been shipped. If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the issue is due to a shipping error on our part, we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
